The Annual “Home Sweet Home for the Holidays” Program will be held Thursday, Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. and again at 6 p.m. (same program will be repeated) in the Fellowship Hall at First Christian Church, 209 N. Pacific, Mineola. (This is a new location this year.)
This annual program, sponsored by the Wood County TEEA (Texas Extension Education Association.) Club will feature holiday craft and gift ideas and demonstrations. Homemade soup, cornbread, crackers and dessert will be served following each of the programs. Admission is $7 for adults and $1 for children. (No pre-registration is needed; just pay when you arrive). Admission includes a booklet with the instructions / patterns for the crafts and recipes.
There will also be a craft sale table with many homemade ornaments and holiday items for sale, so bring your spending money. Mark your calendar for Nov. 9 and come get in the holiday spirit!
